Processing time and shipping costs

Normally your product takes 5-7 days before shipping , depending on what's being shipped and the amount . We ship to all United States, once we ship its out of our hands for processing time , you will receive a shipping number .we ship 2-3 day mail unless you choose other wise . 

We provide custom design for many products in our store.

Our designs are mostly customized, yet we do have trending themes. You need a special style or change to a design . We can help , and get it as close as possible in some aspects. Contact us. 

Bulk design products

We are happy to make your personalized products in any size, we will have a difference in shipping per order, contact our office by email for more information.

How do I customize my product?

Customized products start with contacting us. You give us and ideal of what you want , any changes you want to make and once proofs are approved, we accept no changes. Or responsibly for correct information such as spelling , colors and designs . Than we start processing your product design and product.

Can you change things on a design

At our company, we prioritize personalized design. We understand that sometimes, after reflecting on your design, you might have second thoughts. That's why we offer a 24-hour hold period on all designs. We believe in giving you the time you need to make the right decision without feeling rushed.

During this 24-hour window, you can make changes to your design at no additional cost, as long as you haven't signed the proofs. However, once the 24 hours have passed and the proofs are signed, any changes will incur a fee of $20 due to production delays.

Do you bundle products?

If you love a particular design and want to see it on other products, we can definitely help! We offer the option to bundle these items together. Whether you prefer a new product profile for your selections or a custom discount, we have various options to bring your vision to life.

Refund on product?

All of our products are custom-made, which means we cannot offer refunds. However, we do provide options to ensure your satisfaction. You can return the item you ordered, and we will remake and resend a new one to you. Alternatively, you may choose to reorder the product, and we will provide you with a temporary code that allows you to only pay for shipping.

We encourage you to ask any questions before your order is proofed. Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority!

Our in-house designer is dedicated to creating products that reflect your unique style. If you're uncertain about the design, we have various tools to help perfect it, or we can start fresh and explore new ideas together.

Rest assured, we do not charge a design fee unless you have signed off on the proofs.
